Rick called within an hour of placing the call for service. Made a suggestion of how to take care of the problem and it worked like a charm! I called Krista and told her she could cancel the service call because Rick had told me how to take care of the problem and it had worked!

Nick Wells. He kept working through the problem until he was able to fix the issue. I was impressed that he reached out to other colleagues to see if they had any recommendations. This showed great teamwork! Nick never seemed agitated with the issue or the fact we had to call him back a couple of times. Very impressed with his attitude and his personality! He deserves some kind of recognition for a job well done!

We had a particularly difficult problem with our copier, but Nick Wells did a great job figuring it out. It took several attempts, but he finally got it and now our copier is working just fine. We appreciate Nicks hard work and persistence in figuring out our issue.
