Rick always completes the job or is very clear as to why he cant complete it at that time and when he will be back to do so. He stays in contact to give me updates if necessary. He never talks down to me.
Rick is kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. If he does not know immediately what is wrong he will work until he can find the problem or reach out to someone who can help. I think that is so important that people are willing to work as a team and share their combined knowledge
